This policy applies to personal data we collect when you visit this Site, submit a contact or consultation-request form, subscribe to our newsletter, or otherwise interact with us online. It does not apply to data processed by 4W Sciences as a data processor on behalf of hospitals, clinics, or other healthcare organisations using our digital health platforms and HealthTech services — that processing is governed by the data processing agreement in place with each individual customer, not by this Site policy.

We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data (e.g. health data) about website visitors through this Site. Where 4W Sciences processes patient health data, it does so strictly as a data processor on behalf of its healthcare customers, under contract, and such processing is not addressed by this Site policy.
